How soon will I receive my order?
For the majority of orders for latex clothes we need 3-5 days to produce them and ship (if it’s a peak or holiday season, the process may take 7-14 days).
Most of our leather products are in stock, however sometimes we need to manufacture products for you after we have received your order. In this case, we need 6-7 days to prepare them.
Product from Leather Lingerie category are crafted after we have received a customer’s order. The production process takes up to 10 days until the moment of dispatch.
How do I select the correct size?
In all our product descriptions, we provide information about product length or a size chart. For latex products, a size chart is provided as a photo of each product listing.
If you’re unsure about selecting a correct option, please, email us your measurements and height and we will do our best to help you select the correct size.
If I have a non-standard size, how can I place an order?
If you want to order latex products and your measurements don’t match any on a size chart available at our shop, select the Custom option when placing an order and send us your measurements via e-mail.
If you need other sizes for leather accessories, lingerie, or bondage items, please send us an e-mail and we do everything possible to fulfill your custom order.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 24 hours after placing it and get a full refund.
Please note that items with customization or custom order made for your individual measurements can’t be cancelled for obvious reasons.
