For the majority of orders for latex clothes we need 3-5 days to produce them and ship (if it’s a peak or holiday season, the process may take 7-14 days).

Most of our leather products are in stock, however sometimes we need to manufacture products for you after we have received your order. In this case, we need 6-7 days to prepare them.

Product from Leather Exclusive category are crafted after we have received a customer’s order. The production process takes up to 10 days until the moment of dispatch.

In all our product descriptions, we provide information about product length or a size chart. For latex products, a size chart is provided as a photo of each product listing.

If you’re unsure about selecting a correct option, please, email us your measurements and height and we will do our best to help you select the correct size.

If you need other sizes for leather accessories, lingerie, or bondage items, please send us an e-mail and we do everything possible to fulfill your custom order.

You can cancel your order within 24 hours after placing it and get a full refund.

Please note that items with customization or custom order made for your individual measurements can’t be cancelled for obvious reasons.
